College Organisation

Welfare and Accommodation

The smooth and efficient running of the College is entrusted to the Principal and Director of Studies.

Students can at any time approach all staff for help and advice concerning their studies and welfare. Each student will be allocated a personal tutor from the members of College staff and they will meet with the student regularly to assist with any academic problems.

Students will be set regular homework and tests in each class to monitor their progress, so that any difficulties can be dealt with quickly. Progress reports are given to students and their parents each term.

Teaching standards are set and monitored by the Academic Board consisting of four eminent members drawn from the academic and commercial world.

All tutors are appointed on the basis that as well as being academically qualified to teach they are highly experienced teachers of their own subjects.

In addition to their qualifications and awareness of the Examining bodies requirements the tutors are specifically instructed to bring the students up to the required examination standards.

Many students who come to England for studies initially find it difficult to adjust in a foreign environment.

The College is therefore always willing to offer advice and assistance with your day to day problems; on how to find suitable accommodation, register with a local doctor, and open a bank account.

As regards to accommodation it will be helpful if the student made the request well in advance before arrival at the College.

The Welfare Officer of the College is always available to offer advice and assistance to students on any problem.
